6 TIPS TO IMPROVE TAILBONE PAIN.
Tail bone pain can we very frustrating. It is usually caused by wrong sitting postures eg. Laying back and putting pressure on sacrum and coccyx can trigger this pain.
🔵 How you can prevent it ?
Sit erect most of the time, avoid sacral sitting for long periods of time. Keep changing postures. Try taking walk breaks if your working at desk or on couch.

1. Sit with correct posture.
2. Improve your back mobility.
3. Improve your hip mobility.
4. Use a coccyx seat cushion which will help to alleviate the constant pressure on your coccyx while you sit and thus helps to heal it.
6. Take rest in between work breaks by lying down or walking.
